WorkingMoms.ca is a Canadian working mom web-resource centre that helps moms achieve balance in their daily busy lives.  From helpful articles to free mom e-biz postings and personal shopping when you’re in a bind, there’s nothing we haven’t thought of to make time with your family more enjoyable and stress-free.

Mission Statement
WorkingMoms.ca was founded to facilitate and enhance a Working Mom's daily busy lifestyle.  It's hard to balance work, kids, and family (including husbands).  WorkingMoms.ca's mission is to act as an online resource centre for all Canadian Working Moms, helping them gain more stress-free family or personal time so they can achieve overall balance in their lives. 

Why WorkingMoms.ca?
Cathy Lepiane founded WorkingMoms.ca in 2006 after struggling to balance family life, a part-time job and a very active 2 year old.  After the birth of her first son, Cathy found it hard (like all Working Moms) to go back to her very busy full time job and leave her one year old in the care of someone else.  Her goal was to find a part-time  job that was as fullfilling as her previous full-time Marketing Manager position.  Although she was lucky enough to find a part-time job, she still suffered the “guilty mother” syndrome every time she spent more hours at work then at home with her little guy.  She searched online for viable solutions to her daily problems but found that most information was scattered and hard to find.  That created the need for this working mother resource centre, “WorkingMoms.ca.”
